The group owns and operates twenty-three FM radio stations and four AM radio stations in New York city, los angeles and Chicago, as well as phoenix, st louis, indianapolis and terre haute, Indiana. The group also owns and operates sixteen television stations in mid-sized markets in the us and in the markets of portland and orlando. It also operates a news information radio network in Indiana, publish Texas monthly, los angeles, atlanta, indianapolis monthly, cincinnati and country sampler and related magazines and operates an international radio business. During 2003, the group acquired substantially all of the assets of wbpg-TV in mobile, al-pensacola & pegasus communications corporation and has discontinued the operations of votionis that owns and operates two radio stations in buenos aires, Argentina.
